Lifting Engineer
Location: Mobile – London and the South East
Salary: Circa £40,000 + Door-to-Door Pay + Company Vehicle
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Lifting Engineer to join a leading independent tool and equipment provider. This mobile role covers London and the South East, carrying out inspection, maintenance, and certification of lifting equipment both in depots and on customer sites.
Lifting Engineer Key Responsibilities:

Conduct repairs and maintenance on a full range of lifting equipment.

Perform 6-monthly LOLER inspections and certifications.

Carry out inspections and testing for customers on-site or at depots.

Identify and report equipment faults or safety concerns.

Maintain a professional approach and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:

Minimum qualification: LEEA Lifting Equipment General Diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience inspecting and repairing manual lifting equipment.

Full UK driving licence (preferably clean).

Valid CSCS card.

Physically fit with the ability to perform manual handling tasks.

Confident using computers for completing and uploading LOLER reports.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
