Air Conditioning & Chiller Engineer

Our client is looking for experienced Air Conditioning & Chiller Engineers to service, maintain, and install commercial air conditioning and chiller systems across a range of properties, including retail, healthcare, education, hospitality, and industrial facilities.

The role of Air Conditioning & Chiller Engineer will involve:

  • Servicing, maintaining, and installing air conditioning and chiller systems.

  • Carrying out inspections, fault diagnosis, and repairs to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.

  • Completing accurate documentation, including service reports, timesheets, and certification using the company’s management system.

  • Delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring client satisfaction before leaving site.

  • Participating in the company’s out-of-hours callout rota as required.

The ideal candidate for an Air Conditioning & Chiller Engineer will have:

  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial air conditioning and chiller systems, including installation, maintenance, and repairs.

  • Relevant industry qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial air conditioning and chiller engineering.

  • Full UK Driving Licence.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and personal development, with a structured and organised approach.
