Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Industrial Paint Sprayer to join our team in Fareham. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial painting techniques and be able to work efficiently and accurately to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed

- Apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, brushing, and rolling

- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired finish

- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

- Maintain and clean painting equipment

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Industrial Paint Sprayer

- Knowledge of industrial painting techniques and materials

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and quality

- Excellent communication and time management skills
