Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled A/C Service Engineer to join our well-established company, working across Kent, London, and surrounding areas.

We are seeking an experienced A/C Service Engineer with strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, capable of carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair work. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and committed to delivering high-quality work efficiently and effectively.

Role & Responsibilities

As an A/C Service Engineer, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Servicing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning systems including:
  • Splits
  • Multis
  • VRVs
  • FCUs
• Working across both residential and commercial sites
• Occasionally working outside standard hours to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements

To be considered for this A/C Service Engineer role, you must:

• Be located within 15 miles of Dartford (DA2 7ER)
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Have a minimum of 8 years’ industry experience
• Possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Be an efficient multitasker with good IT skills
• Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused approach
• Be flexible, reliable, and trustworthy

Essential Qualifications

Candidates for the A/C Service Engineer position should hold some of the following:

Technical Certifications:

• F-Gas
• Safe Handling
• Electrical qualifications
• City & Guilds

Health & Safety Certifications:

• CSCS
• PASMA
• IPAF
• Or equivalent

Package & Benefits

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per year (depending on experience)
• Overtime: Evening and weekend overtime available
• Location: Mobile role (office based in Wilmington, Kent)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM – 5:30 PM
