Mechanical Site Supervisor – MEP / Building Services

Due to continued organic growth, our client is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to join their growing team. This role involves supervising Mechanical & Electrical installations on high-profile projects across both the Public and Private sectors, from inception through to delivery and handover.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for site-based Mechanical & Electrical installations

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard

• Manage day-to-day site activities and liaise with Project Managers

• Monitor progress, ensure compliance, and produce weekly site reports

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering commercial MEP projects

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Supervisor on projects up to £2M

• Strong knowledge of mechanical pipework and public health systems

• SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Strong communication skills and confident using tablets/computers

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000
