**Job Description:**

I am now seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Escalator Engineer to join a dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing residential escalators, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely to meet our clients' needs. As a Residential Escalator Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Install, commission, and test residential escalators according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
2. Conduct routine maintenance inspections to ensure escalators are operating safely and efficiently.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with escalators, performing repairs and adjustments as needed.
4. Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand requirements and provide technical expertise during installation and maintenance projects.
5. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, including parts used and work performed.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to residential escalators and mobility solutions.
7. Provide training and support to clients and other team members on escalator operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven experience as an escalator engineer, preferably in residential settings.
2. Strong technical knowledge of escalator systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
3. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as EN 115 and EN 13015.
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
